This full day tour will take you and your group from the center of Reykjavik where you will be picked up and brought to the Volcano eruption site at Geldingalur in the Reykjanes peninsula for a guided hike with your Driver Guide. We will take you on a semi-private tour in a Super-Truck or Sprinter van and get you as close as possible to witness this magical occurrence.

We will get you as close as we can.
The overlook for the actual rift is closed to the public at this moment but your senses will be delighted as you will smell the burning rock, see the smoke and quite possible feel the earth move under your feet with excitement of the prospects of new earth on this once in a lifetime experience.
(Tours at the moment require a 2 1/2 - 3hr hike each way to get to the site).
